Recadero es la libreta del mostrador para las tiendas que guardan paquetes y correo de la gente del campo. Apuntas lo que llega, avisas por WhatsApp en el idioma de cada cliente y queda firmado quién se lo llevó.Recadero is the counter notebook for shops that hold parcels and post for people out in the campo. Log what arrives, tell each customer on WhatsApp in their own language, and keep a signature for who took it.

El nombre no cuadraThe name doesn’t match

La etiqueta dice el nombre de la finca, o el de la pareja, o solo un apellido.The label has the finca’s name, the partner’s, or just a surname.

Apunta lo que llegaLog what arrives

Busca al cliente por nombre o número de buzón, o dalo de alta en el momento.Find the customer by name or box number, or add them on the spot.
Si el nombre de la etiqueta no cuadra, se guarda tal cual y lo enlazas después.If the label name doesn’t match, keep it as written and link it later.
Paquete, paquete grande, carta o certificado, con transportista, estantería y lo que pagaste por ellos.Parcel, large parcel, letter or registered item, with carrier, shelf and anything you paid for them.
Funciona con un lector de códigos de barras de los de teclado.Works with a keyboard-style barcode scanner.

Avisa por WhatsApp, en su idiomaTell them on WhatsApp, in their language

El mensaje sale en español o en inglés según el cliente, con el nombre de tu tienda.The message comes out in Spanish or English to suit the customer, in your shop’s name.
Un toque abre WhatsApp con el texto escrito. Tú decides si se envía.One tap opens WhatsApp with the text ready. You decide whether it goes.
Queda apuntado a quién se avisó, cuándo y cómo.It records who was told, when and how.

Entrega con firmaHand over with a signature

Marca qué se lleva y quién lo recoge: el cliente, alguien de su lista o otra persona con nombre.Tick what goes and who collects: the customer, someone on their list, or another named person.
Marca que viste el DNI o NIE. No se guarda el número ni copias.Tick that you checked their DNI or NIE. The number and copies are never stored.

No. Reciben un WhatsApp normal de tu tienda y firman en tu pantalla cuando recogen.No. They get a normal WhatsApp from your shop and sign on your screen when they collect.

¿Qué datos se guardan?What data is kept?

Nombre, móvil, idioma, buzón, lo que llegó y quién lo recogió, con su firma. Se marca que se vio el DNI, pero nunca se guarda el número ni una copia. Lo ven solo las personas de tu tienda que tú autorices.Name, mobile, language, box, what arrived and who collected it, with their signature. It records that ID was checked, but never stores the number or a copy. Only the staff you allow can see it.

¿Necesito un ordenador?Do I need a computer?

No. Funciona en el navegador del móvil o de una tablet. Si tienes ordenador y lector de códigos, también.No. It runs in the browser on a phone or tablet. A computer and barcode scanner work too.
